All I can say is that this apartment complex will go above and beyond for you! With having anxiety, all you can ask for is to be surrounded by friendly and patient people. That’s EXACTLY what this community entails. Starting from the manager Cynthia and down the chain to the maintenance guys, everyone provided warm and friendly service. Cynthia welcomed me on my first day but also remembered my name later on down the week. That was a new experience for me! I was more than a resident but rather family in a community. Johna is an agent in the office who also provided excellent service and is someone I now call “tita” known as aunty in Tagalog. I needed to move in, in such a short time frame being about 5 days and Tita Johna made that happen! On the day of my schedule move in date, there was a lot of paperwork that needed to be signed and a new money order for rent that I was not aware of which was separate from the deposit fee. To my understanding, payment needed to be made but I was under the impression that I could pay with a card. I had to drive to Walmart to get a money order while having my family of 9 wait until everything was processed and until I received a key. At this point, my anxiety was activated with the overwhelming process of signings more than 10 pages, getting my keys, and having my family wait for this process to be done. The highlight of my day was the assistant manager Ms. Karina who took such good care of me! She was very diligent and rushed to get everything done in a short amount of time! Ms. Karina was very apologetic but also the sweetest and most polite person I’ve met in a while! She was definitely a breath of fresh air! After my move in process was done, I was able to scope out the apartment. It’s very spacious with warm tones throughout the apartment. There’s a lot of young residents and also a mixture of a mature group around me which I absolutely love! The only thing that caught me by surprise was the fan, located in the living room, doesn’t come with a lamp or light bulb. My anxiety arose again knowing the possible complications with having to do homework and not having enough lighting. I called the office and lovely Ms. Karina explained to me that my apartment is not the “upgraded” version so it doesn’t come with a light fixture. However, her and the maintenance guys went on a scavenger hunt to find me an extra lamp! My only comment is, the lamp is Absolutely gorgeous and they even dropped it off at my door! I was absolutely amazed with how they took the time to make sure I was satisfied and at ease! I absolutely love this apartment complex and all the coworkers who are a part of this community. I would also like to mention one more person! His name is Scot and he is the recommended cable guy for cox. He met me and was very polite with the process over the phone and in person. Great guy! This is such a new experience for me, as stated above, that I will definitely recommend this complex to students in my cohort and also family! Thank you everyone for making me feel at home!
