High quality complex. Excellent maintenance. Grounds are kept very clean. Management is very receptive. Take a look. Rent is a little high, bt it is everywhere now. Still a good place. Had a small leak in kitchen sink. Called for repair & it was fixed in 2 days. Maintenance personnel very friendly & professional. Had refrigerator light out & it was fixed right away. Fast & very professional. My kitchen sinks were full of backed up water. Called maintenance for help & they came in a few hours. Had to snake it. All fixed in about 30 minutes. Fixed faucet in about 5 minths. Well done Our fan just stopped working. William removed it & ordered a new one. Came back in a week & installed it. Always friendly & always professional. New fan works great. Hot water went out. Called in the complaint & someone showed up 15 minutes later & fixed it promptly. Great service. Had to order a work order 4 times before they fixed the problem. However the problem was fixed quickly & professionally.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Any issues are addressed. They keep me well informed on problems or goings on in the park.

I was explained everything with detail. Just the apartment alone is beautiful. The staff is so friendly, they are so welcoming and they also care about their tenants. I have seizures and they have gone out their way to make sure I was ok after the ambulance took me.

I I have lived in Cornerstone Park Apartments for 7 years and am very happy here. I enjoy my unit and find the office staff friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff is extremely responsive, friendly and professional. The amenities are very nice the location is so convenient to shopping & restaurants. I highly recommend Cornerstone Park Apartments
