APARTMENT REVIEWS IN Henderson

Though my husband and I, along with our baby puppie Bessi have been here at Cornerstone Apts not long, Our experience here has been GREAT!!! We are so forever thankful to Korina for making our move in a very pleasant and great experience! Also helping my brother and his wife move in. From the staff members and Maintenance to the landscapers thank you for making us a part of Cornerstone Family! We really appreciate you all! Due to COVID-19, our landlord let us know that he and his wife are going to sell the house we have been renting. We have only been living in Henderson/Las Vegas for 4 years, and all 4 years were here at this home. Our lack of knowledge of apartments in Henderson/Las Vegas on top of the pandemic made me very nervous and anxious, not knowing if we would find a place to live. My sister suggested we apply to Cornerstone Park, so my wife and I went for it. Our experience with the entire process was amazing. We were helped by Karina and she was unbelievably helpful throughout the entire process. She answered all of our many questions, and followed up with us to let us know everything that is going on. She went above and beyond for us, and we are now waiting for our move in date to come! We are excited for this new chapter in our lives, and we are extremely grateful to Karina for all of her help. Thank you Karina! You're the best!

We've been working with Karina and she is amazing at what she does! It's never fun to go apartment hunting but she made the process a whole lot easier! Truly appreciate everything she has done for us!

This was a simple request (new A/C filter) which I posted in the morning and was happy to find a confirmation of the task completed when I came home later in the afternoon.

So check it out; I NEVER write reviews..EVER, but here I am, writing a review. That's how compelled I am because of great we've been treated. We recently moved into this place, and the experience even before signing our lease has been 2nd to none. Karina over at the front office has been more than accommodating, and I think it was her service more than anything that made us decide to finally say "Hey, let's move into this place." She has answered my 10,000 questions, thoroughly, thoughtfully, and timely. The place itself is very nice, and we've had no issues whatsoever with maintenance, noise, neighbors, trash, pests, or anything. I am very happy to be living here, and Karina's efforts compelled me to leave a nice review for anyone deciding to look into moving this nice little community.

I moved here mid quarantine under terrible circumstances from the last complex I was at. Jhona was so sweet, helpful, and understanding towards our situation. I've had pleasant experiences with everyone in the office. The grounds are kept up with and the complex is well lit at night. Maintenance issues are taken care of promptly and the area is quiet. The only issue would be not enough uncovered parking spaces. I've only lived here for a few months, but so far I enjoy living here.
